• References (not just a few…pick randomly from our extensive list)
• Also, a good reputation with banks and suppliers (all references available)
• See work done (we beg you to do this)
• Permanent business location (the majority of small independent contractors work out of their home)
• Beware of the “bait & switch”...where the contractor low balls the price and then does add-ons after the project starts. (our engineering design package spells everything out)
• Most small contractors rely solely on verbal communication. Always insist on a written paper trail (our specialty)
• Structural concerns (Our staff has an engineer to address issues that the average contractor may not be aware of)
• Mold, Air quality and Heating Systems…know what to look for and what to expect.

• Plain and simple…they look ugly. The panels join together showing vertical seams resembling the appearance of the walls in the restrooms of your local convenience store.
• Typically there are several restrictions as to what you can hang on these type of wall systems.
• If this was a less expensive alternative, it would be understandable. However, these systems are incredibly expensive!
• These companies tout the benefit of being able to remove the panels for access behind the walls to address water problems. Uh, if you have water issues, wouldn’t it make sense to first address that problem?
